All digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Free tools are provided as-is with no purchase required.
Digital Products — License and Use
When you purchase a pattern from Dour Crone, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern for personal use and small-scale commercial purposes, meaning you may sell finished items you make from the pattern.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell the pattern document itself in whole or in part
- Share the file with others by any means
- Claim the pattern as your own work
- Use the pattern for large-scale or industrial production
The finished item may be sold. The pattern document may not.
Refund Policy
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of PDF patterns are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical goods: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns on undamaged physical goods.
Free tools: No purchase is involved. No refund policy applies.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including patterns, text, photographs, illustrations, brand assets, interactive tools, and code — is the intellectual property of Cynthia Unangst and is protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
